4年6ヵ月使用したSeagateのエンタープライズ向けHDD故障時のSmart値


24h365日稼働の防犯カメラ用HDDレコーダーに搭載していたSeagate Barracuda ES.2と言うエンタープライズ向けHDDが故障したため、RMA申請を出す前に調査したHDD情報を記載しておきます。

なお、このHDDは常時書き込みをしており、下手なサーバー用途よりも過酷な状況で利用されていたHDDとなります。スペック上の平均故障間隔は120万時間です。

エラーがたくさん出ていますね。

SEAGATE ST3000DM001が壊れたのでSeatoolsをLinux上で実行してRMA申請する』を参考に、RMA申請前にLinux上でSeatoolsを実行し、壊れている事を確認します。
